Mental Health

"Socal-emotional health is as important to a child's development as walking, talking or learning to count.  It is the foundation for all other learning." Valarie Kerschen, M.D., developmental pediatrician.

Rainbows has long been recognized in our community as a quality provider of services for young children and their families. The mental health program was created to enhance the social, emotional and behavioral development of young children.
